PRIVACY STATEMENT

This privacy statement sets out how we manage personal information to meet our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act). Our clinic maintains all personal and medical information with strictest confidentiality. We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy and the rights of our patients in relation to their personal information. We respect our patients right to privacy and have a legal obligation to abide by the provisions of the Privacy act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act). The rules that an organization must follow under the Act are known as the Australian Privacy Principles and cover areas including the collection, use, disclosure, quality and security of personal information.
