Feedback

Email our Building Manager at info@woodleighwaters.com.au or complete a complaints or feedback form.
Speak to our Concierge/Reception for a form if you would like to provide a complaint or feedback.
The Health Services Commissioner (1300 582 113) can assist with facilitation in these matters.
Appointments with Independent Doctors
Standard appointments are booked at 10-minute intervals. If your GP of choice is not available, you may be offered another GP or advised when your GP is next available. Urgent appointments will be accommodated.
Longer or special appointments. For complex or multiple medical problems and Care Plans we recommend you book a longer appointment. This includes employment examinations and counselling. If unsure, check with our receptionists.
Cancelling appointments. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please advise us well ahead so we can offer the time to another patient.
Waiting times are probably the most complicated issue in general practice. The time any individual consultation will take can never be predicted as general practice consultations range in type and content enormously. What might seem a simple problem can turn out to be far more complex. Your understanding is appreciated. We attempt to run on time and keep you informed of delays.
Referrals and repeat scripts
It is a Medicare requirement that a patient must attend a consultation with a Doctor in order to have a referral created for a specialist or to obtain a script.
Please request the consultation in good time before your specialist appointment, and before your tablets “run out” – it is difficult to fit in a patient at short notice unless medically urgent.
Test Results
It is very important to ring us for all medical test results to find out the results and what, if anything, needs to be done. Your doctor will advise you as to when the result should be available. Generally you should allow 3 days after having a blood test, xray or other imaging before ringing for your result.
Please call for results between 1pm – 2 pm, unless you need the result urgently. If you need urgent follow-up, we will phone you, but your phone call to us removes any risk of a serious problem being overlooked – for example, if the test result does not reach us, or if we have not been able to contact you.
